Frequently asked questions about B2B Sales Channels

Do I need separate software for my sub-agencies?
No. The sub-agency portal is a restricted menu within the same installation; each sub-agency logs in with its own username and sees only its own bookings and current account.
Does a price entered by a hotel go live immediately?
That is up to you. In the default flow, the change lands in the approval queue and goes live once you approve it.
Which plan includes it?
The sub-agency portal and extranet are included from the Professional plan upward. Sub-agency companies and properties connected to the extranet count as partners: 30 on Professional, 60 on Premium, unlimited on Enterprise; there is no limit on users within each company. The number of live Partner API connections is 2 on Professional, 10 on Premium and unlimited on Enterprise.
