TourMAX is management software for travel agencies developed by WOX Teknoloji & Yazılım A.Ş., founded in İzmir in 2020. We built an engineering team instead of a sales team and matured the product in the field; now we are ready to talk about it.
It started in the field; today it runs in the cloud on your own domain
TourMAX was not designed at a desk. Its first version was written for the daily work of a real agency: the customer card opening while the phone rings, contracts sold at the right price, allotments closing when a departure fills up. Over the years, every feature was added as the answer to a real problem. That is why the screens feel familiar; agencies like yours shaped them.
For a long time, we did no marketing. We put our budget into engineering instead of advertising: we integrated the call center with the PBX, took accounting all the way to tax returns, brought the booking website to five languages and 17 currencies, and connected WhatsApp and social media messages to the same customer card. Once the product was ready, we started talking about it.
Today, TourMAX runs the entire travel agency on one platform, with 31 modules in an isolated installation dedicated to each agency, more than 80 ready-made integrations and new releases almost every week.
We are not here to show off technology. We work to show, accurately, the three things an agency owner checks first every morning: revenue, missed calls and tomorrow's allotments.
We set out in the İzmir Bilimpark technology development zone to build management software for hotels, travel agencies and tour operators.
The first version was shaped by the needs of a real agency operation; every screen answered a question from a sales agent, an operations specialist or an accountant.
The software moved from a desktop program to a cloud installation that runs on your own domain and can be accessed from any device; the booking website and customer portal were built on the same data.
2.0 was released in May 2026 with version tracking and customer notifications; 32 releases have shipped since then. The latest version is v2.22.0.
Four principles
TourMAX is not a generic ERP; it was built only for travel agencies and tour operators. Seat layouts, allotments, property payment plans and operations reports were born inside the product, not bolted on later.

Every agency runs in an isolated installation with its own database and resources. Another agency's peak load never slows you down, and your data never sits in the same table as anyone else's.
Our prices are published on the site, the demo is non-binding, and instead of a trial period we offer a 30-day unconditional refund. We charge nothing extra for catalog integrations.
Not a shared system, but an environment dedicated to you
Most agency software runs all of its customers on a single shared system; one customer's heavy load slows everyone else down. In TourMAX, every agency runs in an isolated environment with its own database, dedicated resources and limits. Your data never sits in the same table as other agencies', and your performance never depends on someone else's traffic.
Your data is protected in three separate locations, independently of each other. Your booking, customer and account data is backed up every hour. Backups are kept on an independent backup server in Turkey, separate from the main server; a copy is also sent every day to another independent data center. Even if something happens to the main server or the data center it lives in, your data stays safe elsewhere.
