Special terms for the first 20 agencies, in exchange for a genuine reference

We grew TourMAX by investing in the product; now we want to tell its story together with our first 20 new agencies. Founding customers get a first-year discount, a permanent badge and a say in the roadmap; in return, they share their logo and a short testimonial.

What we give

Founding customer benefits

First-year founding discount

A 12-month founding discount on the list price. The rate is stated in the contract annex; the price list does not change, and the discount appears as a separate line on your invoice.

Permanent badge and loyalty discount

The Founding Customer badge is permanent; after the first year, a permanent loyalty discount is applied to the list price.

Roadmap priority

Each founding customer submits two feature requests a year, and these are moved up in the release plan. Once a year, there is an online founding customer day with a roadmap presentation and Q&A.

Priority support and extra training

A priority WhatsApp support line and one free extra training day per year. Setup, data migration and training are already included in every plan.

What we ask in return

Logo use

We feature your logo as an agency using TourMAX on our website, in presentations and on social media.

A short written quote

A two- or three-sentence testimonial 60 days after setup. We write the draft, and you edit it.

A case study with numbers

A 30-minute interview in the sixth month and your approval of three or four metrics. Your customer data and pricing are never published; if you prefer, the case study stays anonymous.

Optional

A short video, a LinkedIn recommendation, a Google review and 15-minute reference calls with up to two prospects a year. None of these are mandatory, and there are no penalty clauses.

Clear and in writing

Who can join?

Active agencies licensed by TÜRSAB (Association of Turkish Travel Agencies): hotel-focused agencies, hotel + flight + transfer sellers, tour operators or multi-branch businesses. The Starter and Standard plans are also included in the program.

When?

Between November 2026 and May 2027, or until the first 20 setups are filled. The limit is real; agency number 21 will not get these terms.

Where are the terms written down?

The program terms are set out in the contract annex. The 12-month contract, the 30-day unconditional refund and VAT-exclusive pricing also apply within the program.

What about existing customers?

Agencies already using TourMAX are automatically founding customers; the same benefits and the same commitments apply to them.

Frequently asked questions about the program

Is the founding discount permanent?
No. The founding discount applies for the first 12 months, followed by a permanent loyalty discount; the second-year transition table is set out in the contract annex.
If I do not give a testimonial, will the discount be withdrawn?
No. Our requests in return are a good-faith clause; the discount is never withdrawn. The badge and extra perks depend on them.
Will my competitors see me?
The case study includes only aggregate metrics, with no customer data or pricing. We never showcase two directly competing agencies in the same city at the same time; if you prefer, the case study is published anonymously.
