How do WhatsApp message fees work?

TourMAX works as an official Meta technology provider. Meta bills message fees directly to you at its Turkey list prices; TourMAX adds no markup and takes no cut.

Pricing and payment questions

How are plan prices determined?
Each plan has a fixed monthly license fee and comes in five tiers based on the number of users, the number of booking websites and the modules enabled: Starter 2.990 ₺, Standard 6.990 ₺, Professional 13.990 ₺, Premium 22.990 ₺; Enterprise by quote. Prices exclude VAT.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Both are possible. With annual billing you pay for 10 months and get 2 months free. You can pay by credit card (virtual POS) or bank transfer; your e-invoice is issued every billing period.
How long is the contract, and how do I cancel?
The contract runs for 12 months and renews at the end of the term. If you cancel, you export your data; there is no lock-in. If you change your mind within the first 30 days, we refund the license fee unconditionally.
How does the 30-day unconditional refund work?
Instead of a free trial, we offer an unconditional refund: if you change your mind within 30 days after setup, we refund the license fee and monthly add-on fees you paid, no questions asked, export your data and shut down your installation. One-time paid services already delivered and third-party fees are not covered by the refund.
How are extra users charged?
Each user above the plan limit is charged monthly: 490 ₺ on Starter and Standard, 390 ₺ on Professional and 290 ₺ on Premium. On Professional and Premium, you can add the unlimited users add-on for 4.990 ₺ per month. Users at sub-agencies and properties are not included in this count; these companies count as partners (30 on Professional, 60 on Premium).
Do integrations cost extra?
More than 80 integrations in the catalog are included in your plan. If you need a system that is not in the catalog, our team builds and deploys it for a fixed fee of 10.000, 20.000 or 30.000 ₺, depending on scope; with annual billing, one band A integration per year is free on Professional, and two per year on Premium. Providers' own fees (such as PBX lines, SMS and Meta messages) are paid by the agency.
Will I pay extra for WhatsApp messages?
TourMAX works with the official Meta WhatsApp Business API. Meta bills message fees directly to you at its own list prices; TourMAX adds no markup. 1.000 service messages per number are free each month. There is no Meta fee for Instagram and Messenger.
Do setup, data migration and training cost extra?
No; setup, data migration from your current software and team training are included in every plan. A fresh setup is completed in 24 hours and a switch in 48 hours. Migration of historical booking and transaction data is included from Professional upward and costs 10.000 ₺ on Starter and Standard. Extra training days and custom design services are priced separately.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; your data and settings stay as they are, and only the difference is billed for the period. You can add or remove user, seat or channel add-ons in any month.
I am an existing TourMAX customer; will the new plans change my price?
Your current contract remains valid as is until the end of its term. At renewal, we match you to the plan that fits your current usage and offer a transition plan in which you lose none of the features you actively use. Existing customers benefit from founding customer terms.
