How is an integration activated?

Most connections work the same day. For supplier connections, we do the product mapping together during setup.

Sign your agreement

Sign your own agency or merchant agreement with the provider (supplier, bank or integrator) and request your API credentials.

Enter the details in the panel

Open the provider in the Integration Center, enter the details and run the connection test. No coding required.

Map and go live

Configure the product, property or POS settings; verify with a test transaction and go live. Our setup team is with you at every step.

About provider fees

TourMAX does not charge connection or setup fees for catalog integrations. Some providers may ask for a deposit, setup fee or usage fee when you sign an agreement; these fees are between you and the provider. SMS, PBX line and WhatsApp message fees are billed directly by the relevant provider; TourMAX adds no markup to them.

Is the system you work with not on the list?

Not a problem at all; our teams build and deploy it. One integration outside the catalog per year is free on the Professional plan, and two per year on the Premium plan.

Integration questions

Do catalog integrations cost extra?
No. Catalog integrations are included in your plan; TourMAX does not charge separately for connection or setup. Which integrations are available on which plan is shown on the cards and on the pricing page.
Will providers charge me fees?
Some providers may ask for a deposit, setup fee or usage fee when you sign an agency agreement; others do not. These fees are between you and the provider, and TourMAX does not collect them. SMS, PBX line and WhatsApp message fees are also billed by the relevant provider.
How long does it take to activate an integration?
Once you receive your API credentials from the provider, most connections work the same day. For supplier connections, product and property mapping can take a few days depending on the number of products; we do this work together during setup.
I work with a system that is not on the list. What happens then?
Our team builds and deploys it. One integration outside the catalog per year is free on the Professional plan, and two per year on the Premium plan; in other cases, we quote a fixed price based on scope.
Can I use more than one bank and payment provider at the same time?
Yes. You can set up multiple virtual POS accounts and automatically route each payment to the best POS based on the card BIN, so you get the installment and commission advantages of each.
